  • The Hurt Child in All of Us

No matter how old we are, within each of us there is a hurt child. Yes, it is this hurt child who asks to be seen when we cry. Yes, it is the hurt child who wants to be heard when we get angry. Yes, it is the hurt child who seeks reassurance when we are afraid. Yes, it is the hurt child who wants to be loved when he loves. Just as we console our loved ones when they are in pain, why refuse to console the hurt child within when it shows itself? Yes, accept to console you hurt child. Yes, console yourself. Yes, as you would console the person who matters most to you. Yes, may we choose ourselves a little more each day and embrace that wholeness is reached within ourselves. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article The Hurt Child in All of Us , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior]: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • By Love

Whether the other is the dreamed man or woman, the beloved mother or father, the pampered brother or sister, the much wanted child, do we have to give everything to someone else? Yes, do we have to wear blinders on what is and what should be? Yes, and when we accept lies, betrayal, humiliation, manipulation, violence, what do we say to ourselves and to the Universe? To live is to choose and to die is to suffer. Yes, every time we make a choice, we manifest our free will, the life force within us. This is how forgetting ourselves for someone else, sacrificing ourselves for someone else, devaluing ourselves for someone else, accepting everything from someone else weakens us, nothing more, nothing less. Because love starts from oneself, it is much greater than what unites people together. Because love is beyond what we feel for each other, it is vibration. Because love is energy, the energy of life in each of us, may we learn to choose ourselves a little more each day. Because it is the inside that controls the outside, being loved implies starting by loving ourselves. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article By Love , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook L a réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior]: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • More Fulfillment in Couple, The Gap between Expectations

One of the most important issues in couple or in relationships is communication. Sometimes it can be seen as absent because you are facing a gap. Then, with hindsight, we can go further and ask ourselves what this gap could mean. Yes, why choose to hide behind silences and unspoken words rather than choose to speak? Yes, the question, differently put, would be "what can make a person choose to keep quiet"? Yes, or more broadly, "What makes a person choose to lie rather than tell the truth? What makes a person choose to deceive rather than assume? Why say "I don't know why I do these things, it doesn't bring me anything "? In the statement question "I don't know why I do such things, it doesn't bring me anything", the answer is in the question. Yes, sometimes the answer is in the question. Yes, the answer is always in the behavior! Why is that? Because everything we do brings us something. Yes, we adopt each of our behaviors (thoughts, words, and actions) with a positive intention for ourselves. Whether it is conscious or not, it is this positive intention that drives each of our behaviors. This is the case of the person who chooses to keep quiet rather than speak. It is also the case of the one who chooses to give space to the unspoken rather than to speak. Yes, keeping quiet and giving space to the unsaid are communications in themselves. Yes, yes, and yes. May those who feel trapped, unloved, misunderstood, judged, and insulted find in themselves love, peace, serenity or even better. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article More Fulfillment in Couple, The Gap between Expectations , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior]: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • Far from a Trend, Well-Being Is the Starting Point for Everything

Many of us know that everything arises from our state of mind, yet how many of us take care of this part of ourselves? When those who think they are taking care of it are taking care of it, at what level of awareness are they doing so? When we see how well-being is perceived as a fashionable phenomenon or minimized in its scientific and technical preponderance, is the question not to be asked? When a young man takes refuge in alcohol to mourn the death of his mother and develops a disease and then dies, how do you think the still living husband and father goes on living? When a man feels genuine love for a woman and commits to a marriage and family only to find that he is the only one with feelings, how do you think this divorced man moves on with his life? When a mother denigrates the father of her children in the eyes and ears of all to the point of destroying his father-child bonds, how does this distressed father grieve and open himself up to another home? When a husband forbids his wife to go out without his consent and to have a professional activity, how does this "cloistered" woman blossom in life? When a wife refuses to allow her husband to go out with his friends and pursue his passions, again, how does this "castrated" husband thrive in life? When a woman is advised to change her behaviors in order to avoid violence, what is the "battered" woman told? When a loving man has difficulty satisfying his wife in intimacy, how do you think he feels? Yes, all the questions here are asked in a way that allows you to connect with your feelings and sensations. It is by letting yourself go to these parts of you that you will get to know yourself and much more. When one of your needs is lacking, forgotten, put aside or not met, how do you behave? Yes, whether we like it or not and whether we accept it or not, we are all emotional human beings. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Far from a Trend, Well-Being Is the Starting Point for Everything , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior]: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • The Famous Phrase I Am Okay

What does it mean? Does that mean that you feel good? What does it mean to feel good to you? What is good? What is not so good? If you are okay, why choose to stay quiet? Why choose to lie? Why choose to cheat? Why choose to hide? Why to choose to refrain oneself? Why to choose to sabotage yourself? Why choose to take refuge in work, social networks, alcohol, drugs, multiple partners, and so on? Why there is so much anger, aggression, fatigue, extremes? Why depigment the skin? Why perpetuate the divisions with ways of thinking such as "Africans are like this or like that", "I will never understand Africans", "Women are like this", "Men are like that"? Why do you think we are one of the only people to feel so much disenchantment for ourselves and for each one of us other? Free on paper we all are, but how many of us are free spirits? Yes, we all know that it is the inside that commands the outside, but how many of us embrace it into our way of life? Salvation and Faith are to be found within, not outside! Yes, learn to think for yourself, trust yourself and step back from the formatting imposed by the system. Yes, get to know yourself. Discover your strengths, your talents. Work on your challenges and take your place! © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article The Famous Phrase I Am Oka y, education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior]: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • Within Each of Us, There Is a Treasure

Within each of us, there is a treasure. Buried deep within us, it represents our truth. An important key to personal growth is to be aware that our well-being is within our reach, that we will only attract it to us by embodying our truth without expecting anything in return! Yes, by choosing to praise rather than criticize. Yes, by choosing to appreciate rather than devalue. Yes, by choosing to show rather than hide. Yes, by choosing to tell the truth rather than lying. Yes, by choosing to take responsibility rather than deceiving. We all have a life history that programs each our behaviors and we all do our best at each moment to move forward in our life path. However, while we all year deep inside for abundance in all its forms and when we know that the inside controls the outside, why do so many of us choose fear over love? © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Within Each of Us, There Is a Treasure , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior]: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • Human Rights, Equity and Inclusive Education in Ontario: The Three Key Assumptions

As the purpose of education is "to provide students with the opportunity to realize their potential and develop into highly skilled, knowledgeable, caring citizens who contribute to their society", the emotional dimension, non-rational and subjective aspect of diversity and equity issues involves embracing three key assumptions. The first is that there is not just one truth or reality, but as many truths or realities as there are employees, students, parents and other members of the school community. It is about legitimizing them and therefore reconciling or reconciling the realities in presence. The second is to consider that the meaning of a message is given by the reaction that this message provokes, and that silence is a communication. It is therefore about paying particular attention to communications and interpersonal relations. The third is to remember that doing things the same way leads to the same results, so to get different results, it is necessary to do things differently. Indeed, while equity refers to fair, inclusive and respectful treatment that requires addressing particular needs and interests as well as respecting the roles and expertise of each person, equity and inclusive education have the following overall objectives acting for understanding, mutual respect, integration and well-being; acting for equal rights and opportunities; acting for respect and human dignity; acting for human dignity and racial equity; providing high quality services; discouraging inappropriate behaviors, prevent inappropriate behaviors; raise behavioral standards; remove barriers and violations. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Human Rights, Equity and Inclusive Education in Ontario: The Three Key Assumptions , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • Monitoring and Law Enforcement: Two Distinct Levels of Mental Processes

In the area of monitoring and law enforcement, a distinction must be made between two levels of mental or intellectual processes. The first level is analysis, understanding, investigating, if applicable. The second level is deciding or recommending. These two levels of mental processes, while obeying different logics, contribute to the effective respect of the laws and regulations in force. Indeed, whereas the decision or recommendation stage is biased in that it requires taking a position for the protection of rights guaranteed by given laws and regulations, the analysis or understanding stage is neutral, impartial . Yes, at the stage of analysis and understanding of things, it is a question of getting away from preconceived ideas and value judgements, being free of opinions and views, ensuring that we have a clear and global understanding of the facts, validating what we think, discovering and detecting the words and actions taken, the behaviors adopted, the operations carried out, the strategies adopted as well as the reactions provoked. How do we do this? Mostly by asking questions and probing the answers through further questions. Yes, it is about acting in a biased way for neutrality, impartiality. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Monitoring and Law Enforcement: Two Distinct Levels of Mental Processes , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality , by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior] : les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • Human Rights: The Personal and Spiritual Development Aspect of Issues

Because overcoming human rights challenges requires both responding to particular interests and acting for understanding, mutual respect, inclusion and well-being, the personal and spiritual development aspect of issues needs to be clarified. Because reducing resistance to human rights requires action for equal rights, equal opportunities, human dignity and racial equity, the personal and spiritual development aspect of issues needs to be clarified. Because making human rights more effective means providing higher quality services, dissuading, and preventing inappropriate behaviors, raising behavioral standards, and removing barriers and violations, the personal and spiritual development aspect of issues needs to be clarified. Indeed, while the people and organizations that perpetrate abuse must become aware of the diversity that surrounds them, of the impact of their words, gestures and actions on the victims and the system, the victims must get out of the reactionary or defensive mode. Yes, most of our behaviors are unconscious automatisms linked to the way we experience things. Yes, the way we experience things or the maturity we develop is intrinsically linked to the lessons learned in the past. The past is information absorbed from birth, before birth and from life to life. The past is evaluated experiences, non-evaluated experiences, emotional charges, conscious and unconscious traumas. The past is therefore memories and beliefs that are helpful, limiting and potentially limiting. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Human Rights: The Personal and Spiritual Development Aspect of Issues , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior]: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • Spirituality and Personal Development: Empowerment and Disempowerment

Because spirituality is about being true to who we are and acting on our highest sides, personal development is about professional and organizational development . Because at the heart of all development is empowerment, it is important to clarify the concept and distinguish it from disempowerment. Indeed, while disempowerment hampers development, empowerment is its driving force. Yes, the capacity to be accountable, to allow others to be accountable, and to show accountability is the capacity to act with goodness, confidence, and humility. Goodness is the capacity to congratulate, appreciate, set an example, and tell the truth. Confidence is the capacity to exercise judgement in the use of our knowledge, skills, and experience in given roles and contexts. Humility is the capacity to be a continuous learner to continually gain awareness. Awareness is the capacity to recognize objective, observable realities, and subtle, subjective realities independently of your respective fields of knowledge, skills, and experience. Awareness is the capacity to move away from what we think we know and what we know to enter new information, references, and perspectives. Awareness is the capacity to apprehend, evaluate and include new information into our respective fields of knowledge, skills, experiences, and responsibilities. Awareness is the capacity to be in mode, possibilities, solutions, innovations, progress, victories, agreements, and resolutions. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Spirituality and Personal Development : Empowerment and Disempowerment, article on mindset change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior]: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • Hypnosis and NLP: The Beauty of Mastering Both Arts

Why should we talk about hypnosis and NLP as arts to be mastered? Why should we talk about the beauty of mastering both arts? First, because it is about using hypnosis and NLP for spiritual purposes, in other words to experience and offer the best. Then, because in these fields, as in many others, the achievement of excellence and the rise to its different levels require passion, conviction, determination, and research . Also, because in these areas of expertise, as in many others, the impact and results obtained depend on the maturity, singularity, intimacy, authenticity, and creativity of the artist's approach . Yes, the beauty of mastering both arts resides in the capacity to make your vision, your voice, your creation, your work shine. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Hypnosis and NLP: The Beauty of Mastering Both Arts , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior] : les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • The Faith to Trust The Way and Will of God, The Universe

People treat us regarding how they see us. People treat us regarding how we make them feel or not. People treat us regarding how they treat themselves. The way of how people treat us is therefore directly related to their level of awareness. This explains what Jesus said to his father in the Bible when he was crucified: "father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing ». A few people see us as we are because they have the ability to make the difference between them and between us. More precisely, they are able to see people objectively as well as subjectively, an intellectual process which is learned and developed through technical skills, practice and evaluated experience. Some other people, more similar in ourselves see us more as we are because they recognize what they know. Independently of the existence of a blood tie with them, they may be our soulmates or souls who vibrate at an energy frequency close to our own. Often, they appear in our life as planned in the spiritual world and/or as manifested by our behaviors, to help us, in a certain way, continuing to achieve our superiors life goals. Then, depending on the alignment of our degrees of evolution and according to our destiny, the divine plan, they stand by us for life or they disappear after a more or less long period, or they reappear intermittently. Certain other people see only in us what they are able to see, to understand and to accept. Indeed, in the area of mindset changes, capacity building and spirituality, it is about knowing who we are and acting based on that. So, it is about to accept people like they are, stop justifying ourselves, do what we are supposed to do, to have faith, thats is to trust the way and will of God, the Universe. Yes, the Universe, God knows our heart. Yes, more than that, the Universe, God recognizes our light. Therefore, he expects that we operate again and again considering that, no more, no less. Karma and afterlife are real, and here it is important to remember that our lifestyles, the kind of behaviors we adopt towards ourselves and towards others have consequences for our present life, for our passing into the afterlife and for our next lives. A child suffers and is rewarded for the effects of its parents' actions. Effects that are felt according to the specific nature of the situations and people involved, and according to the child's rank, eldest, youngest. Impacts that are dependent on the types of words and actions used: objectively positive, objectively constructive and objectively more or less negative. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article The Faith to Trust the Way and Will of God, the Universe , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior]: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé.
