  • Human Rights, Equity and Inclusive Education in Ontario, The Three Key Assumptions, an article by Vanessa Kabore, LEYA

As the purpose of education is " to provide students with the opportunity to realize their potential and develop into highly skilled, knowledgeable, caring citizens who contribute to their society ", the emotional dimension, non-rational and subjective aspect of diversity and equity issues involves embracing three key assumptions. The first is that there is not just one truth or reality, but as many truths or realities as there are employees, students, parents and other members of the school community. It is about legitimizing them and therefore reconciling or reconciling the realities in presence. The second is to consider that the meaning of a message is given by the reaction that this message provokes, and that silence is a communication. It is therefore about paying particular attention to communications and interpersonal relations. The third is to remember that doing things the same way leads to the same results, so to get different results, it is necessary to do things differently. Indeed, while equity refers to fair, inclusive and respectful treatment that requires addressing particular needs and interests as well as respecting the roles and expertise of each person, equity and inclusive education have the following overall objectives acting for understanding, mutual respect, integration and well-being; acting for equal rights and opportunities; acting for respect and human dignity; acting for human dignity and racial equity; providing high quality services; discouraging inappropriate behaviors, prevent inappropriate behaviors; raise behavioral standards; remove barriers and violations. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Human Rights, Equity and Inclusive Education in Ontario: The Three Key Assumptions , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé . • Monitoring and Law Enforcement, Two Levels of Mental Processes, an article by Vanessa Kabore, LEYA

In the area of monitoring and law enforcement, a distinction must be made between two levels of mental or intellectual processes. The first level is analysis, understanding, investigating, if applicable. The second level is deciding or recommending. These two levels of mental processes, while obeying different logics, contribute to the effective respect of the laws and regulations in force. Indeed, whereas the decision or recommendation stage is biased in that it requires taking a position for the protection of rights guaranteed by given laws and regulations, the analysis or understanding stage is neutral, impartial . Yes, at the stage of analysis and understanding of things, it is a question of getting away from preconceived ideas and value judgements, being free of opinions and views, ensuring that we have a clear and global understanding of the facts, validating what we think, discovering and detecting the words and actions taken, the behaviors adopted, the operations carried out, the strategies adopted as well as the reactions provoked. How do we do this? Mostly by asking questions and probing the answers through further questions. Yes, it is about acting in a biased way for neutrality, impartiality. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Monitoring and Law Enforcement: Two Levels of Mental Processes , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality , by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior] : les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • Hypnosis and NLP, The Beauty of Mastering Both Arts, an article by Vanessa Kabore, LEYA

Why should we talk about hypnosis and NLP as arts to be mastered? Why should we talk about the beauty of mastering both arts? First, because it is about using hypnosis and NLP for spiritual purposes, in other words to experience and offer the best. Then, because in these fields, as in many others, the achievement of excellence and the rise to its different levels require passion, conviction, determination, and research . Also, because in these areas of expertise, as in many others, the impact and results obtained depend on the maturity, singularity, intimacy, authenticity, and creativity of the artist's approach . Yes, the beauty of mastering both arts resides in the capacity to make your vision, your voice, your creation, your work shine. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Hypnosis and NLP: The Beauty of Mastering Both Arts , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior] : les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • The Blessing of True Love, More a Question of Soul Ties Than Blood Ties, an article by Vanessa Kabore, LEYA

When God, the Universe blesses us with the chance to experience true love, it is about to understand with our heart that love is more than a feeling that we reserve for some people. Yes, love is an energy that lives within us, the life energy, the one that makes us say one day, at a very crucial moment of our lives "I didn’t know I had so much love inside me, until now! In the same way, when God, the Universe blesses us with the chance to experience soul ties, it is also about to understand with our heart that we may not have the same blood with people around us but we may have a soul connection with them. Yes, the kind of connection that makes us feel at home. Yes, the kind of connection that makes the person concerned and the experience unforgettable. Yes, the kind of connection that makes us sure that we are love for who we are. Yes, the kind of relationship that God, the Universe uses to test and reward us. Yes, the kind of relation that you have to experience to understand. When it comes to mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, it is important to bear in mind that blood ties and soul ties may or may not be linked. This means that we can be related by blood to people without having any particular affinity with them. Indeed, we can share the same blood with people and we may not have a soul connection with them, feel like disconnected with them and even depending on the context, more than disconnected. This type of phenomenon happens when, before our incarnation, we choose in the spiritual world, because of personal growth and karma resolution in particular, to have as parents, brothers, sisters and so on, people who are in another type of energetic frequency that us, souls sometimes younger than us in term of spiritual age, by contrast to chronological age. Here, it is also important to remember that God, the Universe asks us to think outside the box in understanding that he is our real family. He wants to see us acting as his children. He wants to see us shine by showing his light to humanity. He wants to see us put him first by manifesting his hopes for a better world , a world with people who operate at a high level of awareness for the resolution of environmental challenges, sustainable development, food security, the effectiveness of civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights (for more details on this point, see the vision, mission and objectives of Vanessa Kabore, LEYA) . Indeed, for God, the Universe in interpersonal relations, love is about love, not about blood! For God, the Universe, true love is joy, unselfishness, respect, goodwill, authenticity, reliability, fidelity, intimacy, faith, justice and more. Y es, these adjectives of true love are personality traits that are latent or expressed to various degrees, depending on our respective levels of personal development and spirituality. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article The Blessing of True Love, More a Question of Soul Ties Than Blood Ties , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior]: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé . • Love Is Enough, a nod to International Day of Conscience, an article by Vanessa Kabore, LEYA

The first law of the Universe, the universal law of nature, is love. It insists on that everything exists, as well as lasts comes from the life energy present in every being: love! The limiting belief that "love is not enough" is still far too widespread. It really needs to be broken and banished from our minds. On 25 July 2019, the United Nations General Assembly designated 5 April as International Day of Conscience . A tool used to "mobilizing the efforts of the international community to promote peace, tolerance, inclusion, understanding and solidarity, in order to build a sustainable world of peace, solidarity and harmony" . Yes, in this area and in many others, it is love that the world needs. Love in all its forms. Love in all its derivatives. LEYA and its concept LEs Yeux de l'Amour [Eyes of Love] dates back to July 2016. This is the cornerstone of Vanessa Kabore's activities. Her first French book, La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior] , reflects this entirely. Her forthcoming second, The Faith to Trust the Voice and Will of God : The Love Adventure of an Old Black Soul Twin Flame also reflects this. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Love Is Enough, a nod to International Day of Conscience , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior] : les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • The efficiency of the International Criminal Court (ICC) is the concern of all stakeholders and the States Parties to the Rome Statute in particular, an article by Vanessa Kabore, LEYA

This article aims to input a perspective in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality in some elements of the debate on the efficiency of the International Criminal Court (ICC). The Rome Statute establishes the ICC as a permanent, complementary court with jurisdiction over the most serious imprescriptible violations of the law which are international crimes: war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide and acts of aggression. The complementary nature of the ICC's jurisdiction means that exercise of its powers is subject to the inability or unwillingness of national States to fulfill their fundamental obligations of justice for victims and prevention-protection for the public. Subject to the defined conditions, the ICC has the duty to conduct preliminary examinations and investigations, on its own initiative or following requests received to that effect. During preliminary examinations and investigations, stakeholders outside the States Parties and persons subject to professional and ethical rules by virtue of their profession have no formal obligation to cooperate. The results of these activities being based in part on existing levels of expertise in analysing and obtaining information, as well as on the degrees of good faith and profound human values demonstrated. When the findings lead to arrest warrants being issued, regardless of the eminence of status and the immunity privileges that may be granted to the individuals presumed responsible, the ICC is plunged into a situation of dependence on the Member States in order to pursue its work. Yes, by not conferring exceptional police powers to the ICC for the enforcement of its arrest warrants, the Rome Statute issues its requests for arrest dependent on the strength of Member States' commitment to comply with their support obligations. The ICC's task is thus complex and complicated. Because of the nature and scope of its prerogatives and its limited resources, its performance is partly affected by the behaviours of the parties involved, most importantly the States Parties to the Rome Statute. Abiding our obligations or assuming our responsibilities or being truthful is a choice of maturity made at a higher level of consciousness. Discrediting, trivialising, bypassing, deviating minimising, making a mockery of our obligations, responsibilities or truths when we are in a position to fulfil them are other choices, other options, other decisions taken at a lower level of awareness. Yes, putting an end to impunity for supreme violations of the law, yes, international justice for the ravages inflicted on bodies and minds requires operating at a high level of evolution. It is about acting with integrity, respect, concordance, conviction, courage, understanding, pragmatism, goodwill and altruism to resolve fundamental human issues. *** The United States, China, Russia, Israel and Algeria are not members of the Rome Statute . There are 125 States Parties, including the following countries: Senegal; Trinidad and Tobago; Saint-Martin; Italy; Fiji; Ghana, Norway; Belize; Tajikistan; Iceland; Venezuela; France; Belgium; Canada; Mali; Lesotho; New Zealand; Botswana; Luxembourg; Sierra Leone; Spain; South Africa; The Marshall Islands; Germany; Austria; Finland; Argentina; Dominica; Andorra; Paraguay; Croatia; Costa Rica; Antigua and Barbuda; Denmark; Netherlands; Serbia; Nigeria; Liechtenstein; Central African Republic; United Kingdom; Switzerland; Peru; Nauru; Poland; Hungary; Slovenia; Benin; Estonia; Ecuador; Portugal; Mauritius; Northern Macedonia; Cyprus; Panama; Democratic Republic of Congo; Niger; Cambodia; Jordan; Mongolia; Bosnia-Herzegovina; Bulgaria; Romania; Slovakia; Ireland; Greece; Uganda; Brazil; Namibia; Bolivia; Gambia; Latvia; Uruguay; Honduras; Australia; Colombia; United Republic of Tanzania; Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste; Samoa; Malawi; Djibouti; Zambia; Republic of Korea; Malta; Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; Barbados; Albania; Afghanistan; Lithuania; Guinea; Georgia; Burkina Faso; Liberia; Guyana; Kenya; Dominican Republic; Mexico; Saint Kitts and Nevis; Montenegro; Comoros; Chad; Japan; Madagascar ; Suriname; Cook Islands; Chile; Czech Republic; Bangladesh; Seychelles; Saint Lucia; Republic of Moldova; Grenada; Tunisia; Maldives; Cape Verde; Vanuatu; Guatemala; Ivory Coast; State of Palestine; El Salvador; Kiribati; Armenia; Ukraine (from January 2025). *** © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article The efficiency of the International Criminal Court (ICC) is the concern of all stakeholders and the States Parties to the Rome Statute in particular , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior] : les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé. • Spirituality and Personal Development, Empowerment and Disempowerment, an article by Vanessa Kabore, LEYA

Because spirituality is about being true to who we are and acting on our highest sides, personal development is about professional and organizational development . Because at the heart of all development is empowerment, it is important to clarify the concept and distinguish it from disempowerment. Indeed, while disempowerment hampers development, empowerment is its driving force. Yes, the capacity to be accountable, to allow others to be accountable, and to show accountability is the capacity to act with goodness, confidence, and humility. Goodness is the capacity to congratulate, appreciate, set an example, and tell the truth. Confidence is the capacity to exercise judgement in the use of our knowledge, skills, and experience in given roles and contexts. Humility is the capacity to be a continuous learner to continually gain awareness. Awareness is the capacity to recognize objective, observable realities, and subtle, subjective realities independently of your respective fields of knowledge, skills, and experience. Awareness is the capacity to move away from what we think we know and what we know to enter new information, references, and perspectives. Awareness is the capacity to apprehend, evaluate and include new information into our respective fields of knowledge, skills, experiences, and responsibilities. Awareness is the capacity to be in mode, possibilities, solutions, innovations, progress, victories, agreements, and resolutions. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Spirituality and Personal Development : Empowerment and Disempowerment, article on mindset change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior]: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé . • Human Rights, The Personal and Spiritual Development Aspect of Issues, an article by Vanessa Kabore, LEYA

Because overcoming human rights challenges requires both responding to particular interests and acting for understanding, mutual respect, inclusion and well-being, the personal and spiritual development aspect of issues needs to be clarified. Because reducing resistance to human rights requires action for equal rights, equal opportunities, human dignity and racial equity, the personal and spiritual development aspect of issues needs to be clarified. Because making human rights more effective means providing higher quality services, dissuading, and preventing inappropriate behaviors, raising behavioral standards, and removing barriers and violations, the personal and spiritual development aspect of issues needs to be clarified . Indeed, while the people and organizations that perpetrate abuse must become aware of the diversity that surrounds them, of the impact of their words, gestures and actions on the victims and the system, the victims must get out of the reactionary or defensive mode. Yes, most of our behaviors are unconscious automatisms linked to the way we experience things. Yes, the way we experience things or the maturity we develop is intrinsically linked to the lessons learned in the past. The past is information absorbed from birth, before birth and from life to life. The past is evaluated experiences, non-evaluated experiences, emotional charges, conscious and unconscious traumas. The past is therefore memories and beliefs that are helpful, limiting and potentially limiting. © Vanessa Kabore, Master of Law, in NLP and Hypnosis, article Human Rights: The Personal and Spiritual Development Aspect of Issues , education and teaching in mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, by author, narrator and editor of the French paperback book, audiobook and eBook La réponse est dans le comportement [The Answer Is in the Behavior]: les 48 clés du bien-être le plus élevé.
