My name is Elias Robles and I am a private investigator working on behalf of a reputable British lawyer who is interested in discussing a beneficial issue with you. You may be helpful in resolving a legal matter and this lawyer has asked me to reach out to you because you share the same family name and nationality as a deceased client of theirs, a successful stock trader, who unfortunately along with his entire household passed away due to complications from COVID-19 at the start of the pandemic. We believe that you may be related to this individual and your distinct family name and nationality could be very valuable in the matter at hand. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you further. We understand that your time is valuable, and we are happy to discuss at a time that is convenient for you. Please let me know if you are interested in learning more about this matter and I will put you in contact with the lawyer. He introduced himself as Mr Paul-Harry Aithnard (Ecobank). He was the person to contact to receive the alleged financial support. Monetary support subject to a fee, a sum to be paid in advance in order to receive the promised sum. An overview of Mr Sheyi Emmanuel Adebayor's social networking profiles shows that several profiles in his name have been created on Facebook and LinkedIn to promote the activities mentioned. Regarding the theft of Mr Ernesto Bertarelli's identity, an email was received from the address luis.ortiz@lanaranjemedia.com . The reply contact is ebertarelli0@gmail.com . Confirmation of receipt of further details of the donation offered should be sent to donations@bertarellifoundations.co . The website used for this scheme is www.bertarelli.com , a platform that links to the supposedly official website of the Bertarelli Foundation https://www.fondation-bertarelli.org/ . *** Both organizations have been notified of the inappropriate practices. My response  of the same day, March 1st, 2025 "Hello Gen Johan Bruntink, Thank you for your message. I am so sorry, but I receive so much scam and attempt to do so that I am acting with a lot of discernment.... I am available here if you would like to share more information with me.  Have a blessed day.  Vanessa"  His or her answer of March 3rd, 2025 "Hello Vanessa Following the message I sent to you, Allow me to introduce myself: I am General Johan Bruntink, a retired army general originally from the Netherlands. My final service was with the US Army’s Eastern Command in South Sudan. During my tenure in South Sudan, I worked alongside high-ranking military officers to negotiate an oil deal. As part of our efforts, we were compensated, and my share amounted to 18.5 million USD and 50 kilograms of pure 22+ karat gold bars. Before being procedural in the sense of being applicable in form, impartiality, neutrality, objective objectivity and subjective objectivity are mental, meaning applicable in substance and depth. In the case of Vanessa Kabore's French complaint, this understanding did not take place. Moreover, the Law Society of Ontario, it is Complaints Entry and Resolution Service put words in her mouth and, what is more, this service is confirming its position. In February 2023, Vanessa Kabore filed an ethics and professional conduct complaint with the Law Society of Ontario. Her French complaint, part 4.a read as follows: "The purpose of this complaint is to advise you of the inappropriate conduct of the paralegal, member of the Law Society of Ontario, [name and identification number of the person concerned deleted for reasons of confidentiality]. The objectif is to ensure that she understands that acting as she did does not bring honour to the profession, quite the contrary. She is English-speaking and acting on behalf of her English-speaking client. I am the defendant and I am a Francophone woman of African origin. " You allege that [name of member deleted for reasons of confidentiality] has failed to comply with the Paralegals' Code of Ethics regarding French language rights, has taken advantage of the fact that you represent yourself, and has been incivil towards you in his e-mail communications" . In her aforementioned complaint, did Vanessa Kabore allege that the member concerned failed to comply with the Paralegals' Code of Ethics regarding French language rights as expressly indicated by the Law Society of Ontario's Complaints Entry and Resolution Service? In the said complaint, did Vanessa Kabore refer to the Paralegals' Code of Ethics? In the said complaint, did Vanessa Kabore allege that she was representing herself and did she refer to a related issue as expressly indicated by the Law Society of Ontario's Complaints Entry and Resolution Service? In her complaint, did Vanessa Kabore allege that the member concerned had been incivil towards her in her e-mail communications? In response to this closure letter, Vanessa Kabore wrote the following email: "As it seems that there have been challenges in terms of understanding and impartiality in the handling of the complaint made in February 2023, please note that this mail is in copy to the Office of the Complaints Resolution Commissioner. [Qualification and name of person concerned deleted for reasons of confidentiality], I acknowledge receipt of your letter of 19 September, written in the capacity of [job title of person concerned deleted for reasons of confidentiality] of the Complaints Entry and Resolution Service. As the issues in the complaint filed on 3 February 2023 are of the greatest importance, I wanted to inform you that I will take the time to read it carefully in order to assess whether it would be appropriate to request a review by the office of the Complaints Resolution Commissioner . It would appear that there have been challenges in terms of the understanding and impartiality of the complaints entry and resolution service . On first reading, it would appear that the complaint made was more or less understood, not to say little or not understood at all. The allegations retained by the complaints entry and resolution service correspond little and/or do not correspond to the facts set out in 6 points in part 4.a of the complaint form of 3 February 2023. Vanessa Kabore received the following e-mail from the Complaints Entry and Resolution Service shortly after replying to the notice of closure: " Madam, I acknowledge receipt of your e-mail. I will not be changing the outcome of my review and I wholeheartedly stand by my decision . When it comes to mindsets change, capacity building and spirituality, it is important to remember that it is one thing for the Law Society of Ontario’s Complaints Entry and Resolution Service to reject Vanessa Kabore's complaint, it is something else to have given her adequate impartial treatment, or not, and it is another thing altogether to confirm discriminatory behavior . Indeed, without going back over the lack of clarification of the alleged facts and the erroneous understanding of those facts, it should be noted that the notice of closure of Law Society of Ontario's Complaints Entry and Resolution Service provides indicators that make it possible to assess the level of consideration and impartiality accorded to the handling of Vanessa Kabore's complaint, as well as other behavioral elements of the service concerned and of the organization as a whole. The same applies to the statements following the closure notice: "Dear Ms Kabore, I acknowledge receipt of your e-mail. I will not be changing the result of my exam and I wholeheartedly stand by my decision". People treat us regarding how they see us. People treat us regarding how we make them feel or not. People treat us regarding how they treat themselves. The way of how people treat us is therefore directly related to their level of awareness. This explains what Jesus said to his father in the Bible when he was crucified: "father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing ». A few people see us as we are because they have the ability to make the difference between them and between us. More precisely, they are able to see people objectively as well as subjectively, an intellectual process which is learned and developed through technical skills, practice and evaluated experience. Independently of the existence of a blood tie with them, they may be our soulmates or souls who vibrate at an energy frequency close to our own. One of the most important issues in couple or in relationships is communication. Sometimes it can be seen as absent because you are facing a gap. Then, with hindsight, we can go further and ask ourselves what this gap could mean. Yes, why choose to hide behind silences and unspoken words rather than choose to speak? Yes, the question, differently put, would be "what can make a person choose to keep quiet"? Yes, or more broadly, "What makes a person choose to lie rather than tell the truth? What makes a person choose to deceive rather than assume? Why say "I don't know why I do these things, it doesn't bring me anything "? In the statement question "I don't know why I do such things; it doesn't bring me anything," the answer is in the question. Yes, sometimes the answer is in the question. Yes, the answer is always in the behavior! Why is that? Because everything we do brings us something. Yes, we adopt each of our behaviors (thoughts, words, and actions) with a positive intention for ourselves. Whether it is conscious or not, it is this positive intention that drives each of our behaviors. This is the case of the person who chooses to keep quiet rather than speak. Why choose to take refuge in work, social networks, alcohol, drugs, multiple partners, and so on? Why there is so much anger, aggression, fatigue, extremes? Why depigment the skin? Why perpetuate the divisions with ways of thinking such as "Africans are like this or like that", "I will never understand Africans", "Women are like this", "Men are like that"? Why do you think we are one of the only people to feel so much disenchantment for ourselves and for each one of us other? Free on paper we all are, but how many of us are free spirits? Many of us know that everything arises from our state of mind, yet how many of us take care of this part of ourselves? When those who think they are taking care of it are taking care of it, at what level of awareness are they doing so? When we see how well-being is perceived as a fashionable phenomenon or minimized in its scientific and technical preponderance, is the question not to be asked? When a young man takes refuge in alcohol to mourn the death of his mother and develops a disease and then dies, how do you think the still living husband and father goes on living? When a man feels genuine love for a woman and commits to a marriage and family only to find that he is the only one with feelings, how do you think this divorced man moves on with his life? When a mother denigrates the father of her children in the eyes and ears of all to the point of destroying his father-child bonds, how does this distressed father grieve and open himself up to another home? When a husband forbids his wife to go out without his consent and to have a professional activity, how does this "cloistered" woman blossom in life? When a wife refuses to allow her husband to go out with his friends and pursue his passions, again, how does this "castrated" husband thrive in life? When a woman is advised to change her behaviors in order to avoid violence, what is the "battered" woman told? When a loving man has difficulty satisfying his wife in intimacy, how do you think he feels? Yes, all the questions here are asked in a way that allows you to connect with your feelings and sensations. It is by letting yourself go to these parts of you that you will get to know yourself and much more. When one of your needs is lacking, forgotten, put aside or not met, how do you behave?
